今天分享的外貿(mào)話題是工廠參觀。接待客戶進(jìn)行工廠參觀，我們需要做一些準(zhǔn)備工作。例如去酒店接送客戶的安排、用餐安排、工廠廠房是否整潔、陪同參觀的人員是否到位、公司的樣板間是否已經(jīng)把所有的產(chǎn)品都調(diào)試到了隨時(shí)可以展示功能的狀態(tài)、向客戶介紹公司時(shí)用的PPT是否已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好。

還有很重要的一點(diǎn)，就是自己心理上的準(zhǔn)備，你要預(yù)估客戶此次參觀可能會(huì)提出的問題并想好如何回答，例如工廠的質(zhì)量控制流程、公司的營(yíng)業(yè)額、產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格、售后服務(wù)、付款條款、交貨期，等等，千萬不要等到客戶提出問題后你卻不知所措。因此今天我們會(huì)分享一些工廠參觀中會(huì)用到的外貿(mào)英語的溝通。

以下列舉一個(gè)接待客戶參觀工廠時(shí)的情景對(duì)話。

Good afternoon, Mr. Hanks. You're welcome to our factory.

Hanks先生，下午好，歡迎來到我們工廠。

Good afternoon Mr. Wang.

王先生，下午好。

Mr. Hanks, I think you have my name card from the exhibition.

您在展會(huì)上已經(jīng)拿到我的名片了吧？

Yeah, and this is my name card. Last time I forgot to bring it.

There are six floors in this building. How many floors are used for production？

這棟樓有六層，其中幾層是用來生產(chǎn)的呢？

From Floor Two to Floor Four are used for production. Floor Five is used for QA tests.

從二樓到四樓用于生產(chǎn)，五樓用于QA測(cè)試。

What about Floor One and Floor Six?

(那一樓和六樓是干什么的呢？)

Floor One is a warehouse for finished products. The injection machines are also in this floor. All raw materials for production are kept in Floor Six.

(一樓是成品倉(cāng)庫(kù)，注塑機(jī)也在這層樓。所有用于生產(chǎn)的原材料都儲(chǔ)存在六樓。)

Well, that's reasonable. How many workers are there in your factory？

安排得很合理。你們工廠有多少工人呢？

It's around one hundred.

大約一百人。

How many shifts do they have per day？

他們每天是幾班倒？

Well, it depends. Sometimes two and sometimes three shifts per day.  

這要看情況，有時(shí)候兩班倒，有時(shí)候三班倒。

What about the average delivery time of your products?

你們產(chǎn)品的平均交貨期是多久？

It's usually around 7 to 10 workdays for standard products. But for OEM or ODM orders, we need around twenty workdays.

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品需要7到10個(gè)工作日。但OEM和ODM訂單則需要大約20個(gè)工作日。

To be honest, your delivery time is a little bit long.

說實(shí)話，你們的交貨期有點(diǎn)長(zhǎng)。

I agree with you. That's why we are recruiting workers recently. I believe delivery time could be shortened in the near future.

Good to hear that. BTW, I can see your injection machines here. Are all the plastic cases supplied by yourself?

Yes. We have five injection machines together. The workers in injection department have three shifts. So we can completely supply all the plastic cases by ourselves.

What about the toolings?

那么模具是自己產(chǎn)的嗎？

We don't produce toolings. All the tools are purchased. But all our products have private toolings. We design every model by ourselves. You could never buy the exactly same product from other suppliers in the market.

我們不生產(chǎn)模具，所有的模具都是外購(gòu)的，但我們的產(chǎn)品都使用私模，且每款產(chǎn)品都是自己設(shè)計(jì)的。你絕不會(huì)從市面上的其他供應(yīng)商那里買到和我們一模一樣的產(chǎn)品。

I think the design of some of your products are very suitable for our market. That's why I'm very interested in your company.

Yes, we started applying 5S method from last year. It is very helpful.
